How to prevent the abrasion of the print head of the barcode label machine:

1. Try to reduce the print head pressure and printing temperature.

2. Ensure that the ribbon width is wider than the label to prevent the exposed print head from being scratched by the label.

3. Frequently clean the print head and use high-quality and smooth thermal transfer ribbon with film on the back to reduce friction.

4. Dirty formed by the back layer of the ribbon-high temperature, high pressure, and high speed settings will be required when the print head is contaminated by thermal paper and thermal transfer ribbon. Contaminants accumulate on the print head needles to form a heat transfer hindrance and affect the quality of the printed image. Increased contamination gradually reduces the print quality and looks dull or damages the print needle. Contaminants and make soaked cotton swabs difficult to clean.

In order to prevent the formation of dirty ribbon back layer:

1. Frequently do print head maintenance.
