What is a printer?

The printer is one of the output devices of the computer, which is used to print the results of the computer processing on the relevant media. There are three indicators to measure the quality of a printer: printing resolution, printing speed and noise. There are many types of printers. According to whether the printing element hits the paper or not, there are impact printers and non-impact printers. According to the structure of printing characters, it is divided into full-width character printer and dot matrix character printer. According to the way that a line of characters are formed on paper, it is divided into a serial printer and a line printer. According to the technology used, it is divided into cylindrical, spherical, inkjet, thermal, laser, electrostatic, magnetic, light-emitting diode and other printers.

In case the printer generates heat, smoke, peculiar smell, abnormal sound, etc., please cut off the power immediately and contact the information personnel.

No other items are allowed on the printer. When the printer is not used for a long time, please unplug the power plug from the power socket.

Just in case, when there is a thunder nearby, unplug the power plug from the socket. If it is plugged in, the machine may be damaged.

When the printing paper and ribbon cassette are not set, printing is prohibited. The print head and print roller will be damaged.

The print head is at a high temperature. Do not touch until the temperature drops. Prevent burns and injuries.

Do not touch the metal parts of the print cable connector and print head. When the print head is working, do not touch the print head.

When the print head is working, it is forbidden to cut off the power supply.

Please do not disassemble, move or drag at will. If there is any fault, please contact the information personnel.

Do not allow foreign objects (staples, metal pieces, liquids, etc.) to enter the machine, otherwise it may cause electric shock or machine malfunction.

The printer can be turned on only when the power supply of the printer is normal and the data cable is connected to the computer.

Do not move, drag or turn off the printer power while the printer is printing.

When the print volume is too large, the print volume should be kept within 30 copies and the printer should rest for 5-10 minutes to avoid damage to the printer due to overheating.

When printing files, it is not allowed to use paper that is too thick (more than 80g), and it is not allowed to use wrinkled or folded paper.

If the printer suffers from serious physical damage, man-made damage, or damage to the printer caused by failure to comply with the above operating specifications, the person responsible will be held accountable.
